We like to socialise here at AURA Yoga and our first Christmas party of the year took place earlier this month with a 3 course meal, cabaret and disco. There were twenty-four of us happy souls in total with lots of laughter, singing and dancing.
I had the pleasure of teaching yoga at the above event recently and was very impressed. The staff training organiser Claire Manson, a triathlete, told me “the day was part of a primary cluster plan and something that was necessary across the schools to help manage workload and improve staff wellbeing”.
I was recently asked why I selected the name AURA for my business. As a child growing up I longed to travel overseas as many of my friends and family at the time were ‘flying’ away to exotic destinations.
I believe there is a silent epidemic with weakness of the Pelvic Floor. Over the years the number of urine incontinence protection products appearing on the shelves at my local supermarkets is ever increasing, plus the advertisements on TV, magazines, etc.
