I know that life sometimes demands more than we really have time for. Yet, the need for calm and quiet, for meeting like-minded people, and practising self-care is so very important. I have designed these short courses which are only 5 weeks long (and you can dip in and out if you like) to help you start a yoga practise that is encouraging and welcoming.
