Breathe Deeply. Move Slowly. Under Open Skies.
In the warmer months, Geri offers occasional outdoor yoga and mindfulness sessions at the beautiful Pencoed Fach Organic Farm, just outside Blackwood. These classes are a chance to pause, stretch, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world—surrounded by birdsong, wild grasses, and the soft rhythm of breath.
Set in a peaceful green valley, the farm offers a space that feels both expansive and grounding. Yoga mats are unrolled in the meadow, under dappled shade or warm morning light, and the pace of the practice reflects the landscape itself: gentle, open, and unhurried.
What to Expect
- A calm, slow-paced outdoor yoga session led by Geri
- Natural surroundings that encourage relaxation and reflection
- Mindful movement suitable for all levels, including beginners
- Time to pause, stretch, and reconnect with your body
- Optional moments of seated meditation or stillness
Please bring your own mat or blanket (and perhaps a light layer or sunhat depending on the weather). Sessions are weather-dependent. Geri will always confirm in advance.
Stay a Little Longer
After class, many students like to stay for a warm drink or a treat from the on-site café, which serves delicious homemade meals and cakes. You can also enjoy farm-made ice cream, wander the gardens, or simply sit with a cup of tea and let the morning settle.
These outdoor sessions often become more than just yoga and stretching. They’re a gentle, refreshing retreat from the everyday.
