Join Geri for Yoga & Mindfulness in the Meadow — a gentle, restorative outdoor yoga session surrounded by the beauty of nature. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a newcomer looking to reconnect with your body and mind, this hour-long session offers time to move, breathe, and be.
