Hatha Yoga: Mon - Spaces Available

Monday 1915 -2015 hours

Term Dates: 5 January – 13 February 2026 (6 sessions)

Cost: £8 per session; £42 for 6 sessions this term; £12 for 2 classes on the same day (mix and match at any session in the same 6 week block)

Location: Plas Mawr Community Centre, Highfields, Blackwood, NP12 1HB

Please let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice.
