Beginners Yoga: Tues - Spaces Available | Beginners Welcome

Tuesday 1800 – 1900 hours

Term Dates: 10 September – 8 October 2024 (5 sessions)

Cost: £35 for 5 sessions or £8 per session

Location: Blackwood Methodist Church Hall, Wesley Road, Blackwood, NP12 1PP. There is limited free car parking. Currently the CCBC car park is free but closes at 8pm. Near the old Argos store, just off the High Street. Please use the side entrance and ring the doorbell if the door is locked

Please let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice.

If you have not joined my yoga sessions before, please complete a British Wheel of Yoga Health Questionnaire here before your first session.
