Hatha Yoga: Wed - Spaces Available | Beginners Welcome

Wednesday 1800 – 1900 hours

Term Dates: 9 September – 25 October 2024 (7 sessions)

Cost: £8 per session; £49 for 7 sessions; £12 for 2 classes on the same day (mix and match at any session that term)

Location: Plas Mawr Community Centre, Highfields, Blackwood, NP12 1HB

Please let me know before class if this is your first yoga class or if you are not confident about your experience and/or yoga ability. We can also have a chat about any health issues that may impede your yoga practice.
