at Plas Mawr Community Centre, Highfields, Blackwood

Wednesday
(Courses run in conjunction with Caerphilly Birth Centre)
1.15-2.15pm Yoga for Pregnancy
at Cameron House, Ystrad Mynach

All of the above are run as short courses, prior booking is essential.
